Female or male, it all goes to personal preference. Ask for the agent?s background to see how many sales last month they successfully brokered. Ask them what their plan of attack is to sell the property and what various angles they are going to take. The last thing you have to find out is whether the agent has the personality of a rock star?or the personality of a rock. Definitely you want more of the former (but not a typical rock star?s lifestyle, natch!) and less of the latter!
